Update: Amber Alert for missing children canceled

UPDATE: About 9 p.m. Thursday evening the Amber Alert was canceled as the children were found. No other information was available.

At 8 p.m. Thursday night an Amber Alert was issued in the Carson City area for Christian, 10, and Benjamin, 6, Koepsell. The two children were taken from their Carson City home by their non-custodial mother Edwina Koepsell on July 9.

An District Court judge issued the alert Thursday.

Edwina,25, is described as a Hispanic female adult. She is driving a 1997 Honda four-door.
