CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Honey dijon chicken, rice pilaf, glazed carrots, dinner rolls and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, oranges and butterscotch pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey with cranberries, stuffing, green beans and Jell-O with pears.

THURSDAY: Biscuits, gravy, sausage, tomato juice, pineapple and muffins.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, corn, peaches, cake and ice cream.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Cold turkey sandwiches on whole-wheat pita bread, lettuce, tomato, onions, corn potato chowder, carrot raisin salad and orange sections.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, vegetable salad, whole-wheat rolls, margarine and raspberry cranberry salad.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed vegetables, whole-wheat rolls with margarine and ambrosia salad.

THURSDAY: Beef nacho casserole, Spanish rice, beans, orange spinach salad and pineapple juice.

FRIDAY: Waffles with strawberry topping, scrambled eggs, ham, orange juice and V8 Juice.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches on whole-wheat bread, carrots, peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch-style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, sour cream potato, salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, seven grain bread, bananas and apple butter.

THURSDAY: Chef salad, lettuce, ham, turkey, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, roast beef, green beans, dressing, crackers, apple juice and cherry pie.

FRIDAY: French toast with margarine and maple syrup, bacon, eggs, bananas, V8 Juice and orange juice.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, coleslaw, biscuits and cherry strudel.

TUESDAY: Pork roast, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, garden salad, ranch dressing and Jell-O parfait.

WEDNESDAY: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, corn, tomatoes, vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls and sliced peaches.

THURSDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, green salad, dressing and ambrosia.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST, 8:30-9:30 a.m.: Tilapia, rice pilaf, vegetables and garlic bread.
