CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Egg and sausage croissants, muffins, tomato juice and apricots.

TUESDAY: Clam chowder, sourdough bread with margarine, applesauce, and carrot and raisin salad.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, glazed carrots, fruit cups, and strawberry ice cream.

THURSDAY: Beef chili, beets, corn bread, Jell-O with peaches and lemon bars.

FRIDAY: Ribs, baked beans, peas, yogurt with strawberries and biscuits with honey.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken noodle soup, Waldorf and cheddar salad, rye crisp bread crackers, vanilla yogurt, frozen raspberries and orange juice.

TUESDAY: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches and vanilla wafers.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, low-sodium French dressing, whole wheat bread with peach butter and fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, beets, red potatoes with margarine, citrus salad and cherry cobbler.

FRIDAY: Scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, whole-wheat toast with margarine, peaches, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Taco salad bowls, refried beans, Spanish rice, sour cream, salsa and apple bars.

TUESDAY: Potato corn chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches, orange spinach salad and tropical fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Western bacon cheeseburgers with barbecue sauce, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, potato wedges and banana ice cream royal.

THURSDAY: Stuffed salmon fillet with creamy dill sauce, winter fruit salad, vegetable rice pilaf and butterscotch pudding.

FRIDAY: Lasagna, tomatoes, onions, cucumber salad, garlic bread, California blend vegetables and chocolate cake.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini and pumpkin bread.

TUESDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, whole-wheat rolls, margarine and peach cobbler.

WEDNESDAY: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Pancakes, syrup, melon, and eggs.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Beef, bean and cheese burritos, seasoned zucchini, Spanish rice, chips and salsa.

TUESDAY: Oven-baked chicken, stuffing, mixed vegetables, salad and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti in meat sauce, salad, bread and strawberry banana yogurt.

THURSDAY: Minestrone soup, grilled cheese, sliced tomatoes, salad and kiwi.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10:00: Baked potato omelettes and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and banana pudding.

TUESDAY: Pork roast, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, garden salad and peaches with spice cake.

WEDNESDAY: Malibu chicken, Tater Tots, vegetable coleslaw and chocolate pudding.

THURSDAY: Pork tamales, fiesta beans and calabacitas.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30-9:30: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, and lime Jell-o with pineapple.
