Carson High School is looking for volunteer judges for the annual senior projects.

Lily Reedy, the senior projects coordinator, said she would like to fill each of the 96 panels with five judges from the community. She said she remains 50 judges shy of that goal.

Seniors are required to complete a project as part of their English requirements. They must complete a research paper and an actual project then present their work to a panel of community judges.

Each panel of judges will score about five student projects, and training sessions will be provided.

All formal presentations will be at 8 a.m., 10 a.m. or noon May 12. Portfolios will be available for review between April 28 and May 12.

Volunteers will be accepted until panels are full.
