Former Carson City resident Nancy Adams, 81, died May 13, 2014, at her home in Seal Beach, CA.Nancy was born in Los Angeles, CA to Keith and Mabel Mount. Long time resident of Carson City, Nancy retired from BLM after many years of great service. In her retirement she enjoyed training and hiking with her dog Trouper. She also loved Playing Bridge, attending Toast Masters meetings and spending as much free time as possible surrounding herself with good friends and family.Nancy is survived by her two sons and daughter-in-laws, Thomas & Allison Adams; Jay & Karen Adams; Grandchildren Jesse, Rachael & Jay Adams III. Her grandchildren wrote “Grandma Nancy (Grandma in the Mountains) was a creative inspiration to all of us growing up and her grand sense of adventure and spontaneity will be carried on through us.”
