Two weddings. The marriage of Sen. John P. Jones of Nevada to Miss Georgia Sullivan is approaching. The bridegroom is known throughout the land, and the bride will at once take her rank at Washington with the first ladies of the nation. Miss Sullivan is the daughter of the well-known capitalist Eugene I. Sullivan. She is well-fitted by education, culture, personal charms and true feminine accomplishments. The trousseau has been ordered from the White House, three of the dresses costing $1,000. The bridal dress is from Paris.

Frank A. Newlands, a young and rising lawyer, in a few weeks will wed Miss Clara Sharon, daughter of William Sharon, one of the wealthiest capitalist of the Pacific Coast and prospective United States senator from Nevada. Miss Sharon is a sprightly and intelligent young lady of 19. The wedding trousseau is from Paris and is said to have cost $19,000 (San Francisco Chronicle).
