A California company has acquired a south-Reno self-storage project and car wash for $8.35 million.
William Warren Group of Santa Monica purchased the project at 888 Maestro Drive. The project includes 653 units providing 118,670 square feet of storage space.
John Pinjuv of Avison Young Western Alliance Commercial represented William Warren Group.
Pinjuv said last week that vacancy rates in self-storage units in northern Nevada a very low, leading to strong demand from buyers.
