The Capitol Square. The prisoners at the State Prison are engaged in getting out a large lot of blocks of stone to be used in the construction of the wrought iron fence which is to be erected around the Capitol Square, Carson City. The iron posts or uprights of the fence will be anchored in these blocks of stone.

Wrecked at 23. In another column is a graphic picture of a young man, the son of a Nevada millionaire, who at 23 is a miserable besotted wreck. This young man, who is known to everyone who reads this, had a most unfortunate start in life. He had the misfortune to have a father with millions. (Continued on Tuesday.)
