Nevada Appeal seeks input in community survey

The Nevada Appeal is hosting a community survey about how Carson City residents get their news and what topics they like to read.

In exchange, participants will be entered in a drawing to win an iPad mini.

“While we’ve done community surveys every few years we’re particularly enthusiastic about this one,” said Mark Raymond, Nevada Appeal publisher.

The survey is designed to help the Appeal better match its content to our reader’s interest, but also what medium they prefer to use when reading. “We’re very active on several digital platforms, as well as print, and that has helped us expand our readership as well as track what stories receive the most traffic,” Raymond said. “The survey will serve not only next year’s news coverage but also set the base for the next few years.”
