Alston Construction announced the company has completed construction of a 137,890 square foot facility for Deceuninick North America. The building is located at 240 Nevada Pacific Parkway in Fernley, Nev.
The facility $11 million facility will be used as a manufacturing site for plastic and vinyl windowsills. The site was selected in part due to its location next to railway spurs. Construction of the new facility involved mass grading, pouring a concrete slab and constructing a metal building with insulated panels. The building features 2-story offices, a small overhead crane, extrusion lines with trench drains, pads for silos and material unloading equipment for cargo trains.
