Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: White fish with hollandaise sauce, broccoli, French bread, margarine, pears and cookies.

TUESDAY: Swiss steak with tomato sauce, egg noodles, spinach salad, bread sticks and fresh apples.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken in orange sauce, brown rice, house salad, red wine vinaigrette, savory beans and fruit salad.

THURSDAY: Bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on croissants, three bean salad, cottage cheese, fruit, cranberry juice and chocolate pudding.

FRIDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, diced peaches, cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Barbecue chicken, broccoli, baked beans, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and vanilla pudding.

TUESDAY: Baked liver and onions, corn, tomatoes vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread, apple butter and sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stroganoff with noodles, broccoli, spinach salad, pears and cookies.

THURSDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, mixed green salad, low-sodium and low-fat Italian dressing and ambrosia.

FRIDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Shish kebab, brown rice pilaf, colorful salad with creamy Italian dressing and whole wheat bread.

TUESDAY: Chicken fried steak, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, Brussels sprouts and coconut cream pie.

WEDNESDAY: Apple and Gouda pork sandwiches, shredded cabbage salad, V8 and cranberry parfait.

THURSDAY: Meatball stew, marinated tomato salad, corn muffins, orange juice and strawberry cake.

FRIDAY: Tomato soup, holiday subs, baby carrots and fresh bananas.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Turkey bean burritos, corn, carrot and raisin salad and canned red cherries.

TUESDAY: Breaded fish squares, tartar sauce, rice pilaf, coleslaw, whole wheat bread, pears and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black eyed peas, garden salad, creamy Italian dressing and bananas.

THURSDAY: Tortellini with meat sauce, spinach, garlic cheese bread, oranges and brownies.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Baked omelet with ham, eggs and cheese, blueberry muffins, margarine, grapes and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Seafood chowder, tuna salad sandwiches and vanilla yogurt with raspberries.

TUESDAY: Roma burgers, corn on the cob, baked beans and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken sandwiches, coleslaw, potato wedges and fruit.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, baked potatoes, green beans, bread and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs and fruit.
