If you live in California and work from home or own a small business and make over $200,000 per year, why not consider moving to Incline Village and living here full time? Having moved here from the Bay Area many years ago, we can fully appreciate the quality of life in Incline on a day to day basis. It’s great being able to live and work here and also enjoy every form of recreation!

Families can raise their kids in our safe community that has some of the best schools in Nevada. We don’t suffer from traffic jams, air and noise pollution or many of the other ills of modern society. Commercial space is also relatively inexpensive, especially when compared to Northern California and the Bay Area.

Making Incline Village your primary residence gives you a wonderful place to call home and great tax benefits to boot! There are good values in all price ranges making this an excellent time to consider relocating to Nevada and enjoy all the benefits of living on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe.
