SILVER DOLLAR: To all those involved in the Honor Flight program which recently provided the chance for seven Carson City veterans to travel to Washington, D.C. And of course to those veterans for their sacrifice to our country

SILVER DOLLAR: And to those currently sacrificing for our country, we’re proud the delivery of the USNS Carson City has officially been accepted by the U.S. Navy.

SILVER DOLLAR: To Carson High students Dylan Velez, Jiavanna Wong-Fortunato, Zachariah Simms and Brenna Peterman for all winning awards a the national SkillsUSA competition.

SILVER DOLLAR: To Carson City’s Krysta Palmer for finishing fourth in synchronized 10-meter platform and advancing to the individual platform finals at the U.S. Olympic Diving Trials.
