Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burger, baked beans, carrot and raisin salad and pineapple chunks.

TUESDAY: Beef tostada with beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, salsa, sour cream, and watermelon.

WEDNESDAY: Cranberry glazed chicken breast, Aztec grain salad, house salad, carrots, assorted dressing and Mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Salmon, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, mixed fruit and peanut butter bars.

FRIDAY: Liver and onion or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas and carrots, blushed pears and raspberry sherbet.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, Harvard beets, oranges and cake.

TUESDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad and fresh oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed cabbage casserole, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine and spiced pears.

THURSDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, tossed salad, Italian dressing and pineapple chunks.

FRIDAY: Baked omelet with ham, eggs and cheese, blueberry muffins, margarine, grapes, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Beef vegetable soup, sweet Italian sausage, peppers and onions, whole wheat crackers, mixed green salad, broccoli and bananas.

TUESDAY: Liver and onion or Salisbury steak, scalloped potatoes, pasta salad, Brussels sprouts and butterscotch pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Roasted pork loin, fruit salad, dinner rolls, mashed potatoes, gravy, applesauce, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burgers, baked beans, carrot sticks and pineapple chunks.

FRIDAY: Pastrami and Swiss cheese sandwiches on whole wheat bread, broccoli salad, potato chips, V8 and grapes.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Black bean soup, chicken salad sandwiches, cucumbers in sour cream and tropical fruit.

TUESDAY: Sloppy Joe’s, zucchini, Tater Tots, pears, Jell-O and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, sour cream potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, seven grain bread, fresh bananas and apple butter.

THURSDAY: Tangy meatballs, squash, zucchini, rice pilaf, whole wheat bread, margarine, apple and orange cups and cookies.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, toast, margarine, peaches and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn, spinach, coleslaw and tapioca pudding.

TUESDAY: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, biscuits and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meatballs, cheese garlic bread, vanilla yogurt, raspberries and salad.

THURSDAY: Fried chicken, baked potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, salad, fruit and Jell-O.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Ham sandwiches, macaroni salad, chips and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, egg noodles, salad and ice cream.

TUESDAY: Marmalade glazed chicken, rice pilaf, Asian vegetables, corn bread and cupcakes.

WEDNESDAY: Tacos, ranch style beans, corn and rice pudding.

THURSDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, French fries, coleslaw and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Seafood chowder, broccoli stuffed potatoes, bread pudding and fruit.
