Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Meatball subs, coleslaw, bananas and lemon bars.

TUESDAY: Chicken in orange sauce, brown rice, house salad, assorted dressings, savory style beans and mixed fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, three bean salad, cottage cheese and fruit and cranberry juice.

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, broccoli, diced peaches and brownies.

FRIDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, apple butter and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Cream of broccoli soup and lemon baked fish, steamed brown rice, cauliflower, carrots, snow peas, colorful salad, balsamic vinaigrette and brownies.

TUESDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, beets, red potatoes, margarine, citrus salad and cherry cobbler.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, stir fry vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, French baked potatoes, whole wheat bread, low-sodium margarine, strawberry banana yogurt pops and orange juice.

FRIDAY: French toast with margarine and syrup, bacon, eggs, bananas, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes with gravy, three bean salad, peas and blueberry shortcake.

TUESDAY: Onion and apple glazed pork tenderloin, stuffing with corn, cranberries and walnuts, Arcadian salad with tomatoes, cucumber and vanilla rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stew over egg noodles, biscuits with honey, garden salad with French dressing and fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fresh fruit plate, chicken tenders and whole wheat crackers.

FRIDAY: Baked ham or breaded cod, mashed potatoes with gravy, pineapple coleslaw, squash casserole, rolls and carrot cake.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Minestrone stoup, cottage cheese and fruit and low-sodium whole wheat crackers.

TUESDAY: Chile relleno bake, refired beans, garden salad, dressing and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat dinner rolls, fruit cocktail and pink lemonade.

THURSDAY: Shrimp, baked potatoes with margarine and sour cream, asparagus with garlic butter, strawberries and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, hash browns, apple slices, orange juice and V8.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Potato corn chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, potato salad and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, mixed vegetables, garlic bread and salad.

THURSDAY: Rosemary pork chops, roasted red potatoes, broccoli and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and cupcake.

TUESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, green salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Tacos, Spanish rice, beans and bread pudding.

THURSDAY: Roast beef, potatoes, carrots, gravy, dinner rolls and ice cream.

FRIDAY: French toast with syrup, bacon and fruit.
