Candidate bitten by coyote- John H. Cahill, candidate for assemblyman from lander is in the in Reno taking the Pamteur treatment for rabies. This necessary as the results of an encounter he had with a wild cat at his camp in birch creek some ten days ago as reported.

Hazen deputy is licensed to wed- A marriage license was issued in Fallon Thursday to George R. Boulding, deputy sheriff and constable at Hazen, and Stella M. Davis, also of Hazen, both well-known and highly respected residents of that community. The couple left Fallon a few minutes after the license was issued and it had not been learned at press time yesterday where or when the ceremony uniting the couple was performed. Greenwave edges Boulder 20-19 in last home game- Fallon Greenwave Friday night, playing perhaps their best game of the season, dumped the tough Boulder City Eagles 20- 19. The game was one of the best high school games here in many seasons.

Two Fallon women among candidate: The misses Rachel Testolin and Cheri Pickett of Fallon were queen candidates in the University of Nevada Aggie club comic rodeo this past weekend. The two Fallon girls were among six who tied for the title.
