Shopoff Realty Investments announced that the company has acquired, through a lender REO, the 186,000-square-foot Iron Horse Shopping Center, located in Sparks. The transaction was brokered by Roxanne Stevenson, Senior Vice President of Retail Services at Colliers International, Reno and the Colliers International, Los Angeles office who represented the buyer.
Stevenson will also be representing them as the exclusive listing broker for the shopping center, which includes tenants Dollar General, Subway, Payless Shoes, Sizzler, Jack in the Box, and El Pollo Loco,
