Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of more than $982 million for the month of December 2015. This amounts to a 3.31 percent increase compared to December 2014, when licensees reported a gaming win of almost $950.6 million. For the fiscal year to date (July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015), gaming win has increased 1.19 percent.
In Washoe County, including North Lake Tahoe, the gaming win for December was $60.3 million, up 0.07 percent over December 2014. For the fiscal year to date, the gaming win was $400.6 million, up 2.93 percent forth same period in 2014.
The Carson Valley/Carson City area was up 0.87 percent in December at $7.9 million for the month and up 2.64 percent at $73.2 million for the fiscal year.
South Lake Tahoe gaming win was $17.9 million, up 12.56 percent over December 2014. The gaming with for fiscal year to date was $113.8 million, down 8.30 percent compared to the same period in 2014.
