The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority was presented with the 2015 Business Impact of the Year Award from the Reno-Sparks-Northern Nevada Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber has only presented this award once before and it goes to organizations who are forthright and transparent in telling their story.
The Chamber’s recognition was due, in part, to the RTAA’s development of new flights to serve the business and tourism communities, developing the Air Service 101 course to educate tourism and business leaders on air service development and the organization’s dedication to Honor Flights, special excursions for World War II, Korean and Vietnam veterans to visit the monuments in Washington D.C.
