Ann Silver, the chief executive officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada since 2011, will step down on August 9.
She will join NP DYNAMIC, a firm that helps nonprofits develop sustainable resources.
Silver will remain as a consultant to Big Brothers Big Sisters until a successor is selected.
