Anthony L. Carano has been appointed as Executive Vice President of Operations at Eldorado Resorts, Inc.
Carano also serves as general counsel and secretary with Eldorado. He has served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of the company since September 2014. He also served as an attorney at the Nevada law firm of McDonald Carano Wilson, LLP, practicing primarily in transactional, gaming and regulatory law.
Carano earned a juris doctorate from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, a master’s of business administration in finance from the University of San Francisco, School of Business and a bachelor’s of arts degree in business management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
