Blake Carter has joined the Reno office of Wood Rodgers, Inc. as principal engineer, geotechnical.
Carter previously worked in geotechnical engineering and quality control for construction projects in the Lake Tahoe area. He also was a construction laborer for installation of underground utilities and earthwork, a surveyor and draftsman for an engineering company and quality control manager at a surface mine.
Carter earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is pursuing a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from UNR.
