The Mustang Ranch announced the lawsuit filed by TG Investments, Inc., against various entities involved in the Mustang Ranch Resort, Lance Gilman (owner of the Mustang Ranch), and Susan Austin (former madam) has been settled.
The Nevada Supreme Court affirmed a jury verdict rendered against Cash Asset Management. CAM owns one of the parcels of land at the Mustang Ranch.
