CAI board, chairs

James Gibson, vice president of business development for FirstService Residential, was named 2015 president of the board of directors for Community Associations Institute’s Nevada Chapter.

Norman Rosensteel, president of ATC Assessment Collection Group, was named vice president. He was also named to the legislative action committee.

Lauren Stemmler was named award gala chair.

Ken Cateron was named a co-chair.

Lorrie Olson was named Nevada Educated Business Partner program chair.

Beckie Richter was named Northern Nevada Committee chair.

Melissa Ramsey was named magazine chair.
