The Northern Nevada Chapter of CCIM recognized winners in its annual forecast competition, in which brokers estimate the vacancy rate in commercial real estate one year in the future.
Winners included Greg Shutt of Colliers International in the industrial category, Kelly Bland of NAI Alliance in the retail category, Todd Blonsley of Marcus & Millichap in multi-family and Bram Buckley of Avison Young in the office category.
