Chris Romm has been promoted to food and beverage director at Circus Circus Reno.
Romm previously worked at The Steakhouse as Circus chef. He also owned and worked at Continental Lounge and other local clubs, Harrah’s Reno, Peppermill Hotel and Casino, Carson Valley Inn and Bonanza Casino. In addition, he was executive chef at Gene Autry Hotel and Resort in Palm Springs, Calif., and executive chef, country club manager and owner at Lawrence Welk Desert Oasis and Cathedral Canyon Country Club Bar and Grill.
Romm was a culinary apprentice at Walter Annenberg’s Sunnylands Estate in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
