Western States Intermodal leased 385 square feet of industrial space at 385 Freeport Boulevard in Sparks. The landlord, F & M Real Estate, LLC, was represented by Kimberly Clark of CBC.

Avalon Massage leased 650 square feet of retail space at 120 Thoma Street. The landlord, Goff Living Trust, was represented by Kimberly Clark of CBC.

Reno Tattoo Company leased 3,900 square feet of retail space at 818 S. Virginia Street. The landlord, Celadon Select Investments, LLC, was represented by Kent Whelan of CBC.

An undisclosed buyer purchased 3,056 square feet of industrial flex space at 5475 Reno Corporate Drive. The seller, Jetco Rentals, LLC, was represented by Kent Whelan and Michael J. McCabe of CBC.
