Colleen Dulin

Colleen Dulin has begun a 120-day detail as associate district manager for the Carson City District of the Bureau of Land Management.

Dulin is currently a supervisory resource management specialist at the Eagle Lake Field Office in Susanville, Calif. She is also the northeastern California assessment inventory monitoring program coordinator and field office budget manager.

She began her career with the BLM in 2003 where she worked as a hydrologist and soils scientist for the Medford District in southern Oregon. Dulin was a crew supervisor and light board operator for numerous national and European tours including Bruce Springsteen and Santana.
