Nathan Kryszak has joined the staff at PDL BioPharma, Inc. and Danny Hart has been promoted by the company.
Kryszak was named senior counsel.
He previously spent four years at international law firm White & Case LLP and six years at Cahill Gordon and Reindel, LLP and also one year as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
He received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Washington School of Law and his master of laws and bachelor’s of arts degrees from Georgetown University.
Hart has been appointed vice president, business development at PDL.
He previously served as deputy general counsel, assistant secretary and corporate counsel for the company from 2010 to September 2014.
