Dermody Properties of Reno purchased 18.4 acres near the Louisville International Airport in Kentucky and plans a 316,491-square-foot distribution center on the property.
The company says it expects work on the project to begin in March with completion in early autumn. It’s partnering with the real estate finance company PCCP LLC on the project.
