Dermody sets Pennsylvania project

Dermody Properties of Reno said last week bought 107 acres at Carlisle, Pa., and a plans a two-building, 1.3-million-square-foot industrial park.

The company, a national developer of industrial properties, said it will be operating partner of the project. Los Angeles-based PCCP LLC is the financial partner.

Dermody said it’s leasing the first 700,000-square-foot building in the project.
