Dickson Realty said last week it’s building a 7,048-square-foot office building at 11836 Donner Pass Road in Truckee.
Reno-based Dickson said it will occupy 5,798 square feet of the new building and lease the remaining 1,250 square feet.
Cathexes of Reno is the project architect. HomeCrafters of Reno is the contractor.
