Donald Allen has been named executive Chef as well as food and beverage director for Somersett Golf & Country Club.
Allen, who has nearly 21 years of food and beverage management experience, including serving as executive chef at Calabasas Country Club, Los Coyote Country Club and Black Gold Golf Club, all located in the Orange County, Calif.
