DownEast Basics, a clothing retailer, has opened at Outlets at Legends in Sparks. The company, which operates 55 stores in the WEst, is headquartered at Salt Lake City.
Selina Picanso has been named as the store’s manager. Her retail management experience includes Justice Tween Brands and Payless ShoeSource.
