Ellie Oppenheim, senior vice president finance and administration, COO for the Desert Research Institute was named president of the Dandini Research Park, a business development organization governed by DRI Research Parks, Ltd.
Gregory Lambert of NV Energy was named chair of the organization.
Greg Morgan, assistant vice president and controller for the Desert Research Institute was named secretary/treasurer.
Named to the DRI Research Parks’ board of trustees were: Karstein Heise, director of technology commercialization, Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development; Tina W. Iftiger, vice president of airport economic development, Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority; Mike Kazmierski, CEO and president, EDAWN; and Mridul Gautam, vice president for research at the University of Nevada, Reno.
