Education Alliance of Washoe County

Colin Robertson of Don J Clark Group was named 2016-2017 president of the Executive Committee for the Education Alliance of Washoe County.

Other elected Executive Committee members were: Alex Woodley, City of Reno, first vice president; Dave Bianchi, Northwestern Mutual Financial, treasurer; and Nanette Quitt, NV Energy, secretary.

Named as at-large members were: Mindy Lokshin, community representative; Mariluz Garcia, University of Nevada, Reno-Dean’s Future Scholars; and Darcy Marud, Yamana Gold.

Elected as new members of organization’s board of directors were: Susan Mayes-Smith, KNPB Channel 5/PBS; Chris Morgan, Deloitte LLP; and Michelle Sanchez-Bickley, Renown.

Permanent members on the board are: Traci Davis, superintendent, Washoe County School District; Karin Hilgersom, president, Truckee Meadows Community College; Marc Johnson, president, University of Nevada Reno; and Kendall Inskip, Education Alliance executive director.
