Gary Luce, Susan Boos

Gary Luce and Susan Boos have joined the staff at Resource Concepts, Inc.

Luce is a senior geotechnical engineer/senior geologist at RCI.

He has been working in the geotechnical engineering field for more than 25 years, including mining, transportation, water treatment, water transmission, green energy, and power plants. He has overseen the American Association of Highway Transportation Officials certifications and managed materials laboratories for more than 10 years.

Luce is national president of the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists.

Boos was named survey party chief.

She has 27 years of experience in surveying and mapping in the public and private sectors. She has worked for the Nevada and California Departments of Transportation since 1986.
