Greg Shutt and Chris Fairchild were hired as vice presidents of Industrial Properties at Colliers International’s Reno office.
Shutt started his real estate career in 1998 with Dermody Properties before moving on to Avison Young.
He was awarded broker of the year at Avison Young in 2013.
Fairchild also previously worked at Avison Young.
He was awarded broker of the year, the largest transaction of the year and Circle of Excellence Award at for the company in 2012.
