IREM forecast

The Institute of Real Estate Management, Northern Nevada/Tahoe chapter, is holding their annual Multi-Family Forecast luncheon on Friday, Feb. 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.

This year’s panel will be comprised of local industry professionals who will address topics significant in their area of expertise. Tom Traficanti, Heritage Bank, will speak about lending in the multi-family industry; Debbie Warner, Gaston & Wilkerson, is set to discuss management trends; and Kenneth Blomsterberg, Marcus and Millichap, will address the latest in investment news in the industry. IREM National’s Senior Vice President, Don Wilkerson of Reno-based Gaston & Wilkerson will also be on hand to share a National perspective regarding the outlook for multi-family housing. Wilkerson will present the state of the economy for real estate management and offer insight regarding its future.
