Issa Moe

Issa Moe has been appointed general counsel and chief compliance officer for FNCB, Inc., a national accounts receivable management firm based in Sparks.

Moe previously served as an attorney for the Minneapolis-based law firm of Moss & Barnett. He also worked for the law firm of Irell & Manella and Troutman Sanders, based in Los Angeles.

Moe earned his juris doctor degree while graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
