Jason Crawford, M.D., has been appointed as the chief medical officer for Community Health Alliance.
Dr. Crawford started as a family physician and medical director of the St. Mary’s Nell J. Redfield Health Centers in Reno in 2007. In July 2012, the St. Mary’s Mission Outreach Programs and Health Access Washoe County merged to form Community Health Alliance and he continued to serve as medical director for those health centers.
Dr. Crawford completed a combined MD-MPH degree program in 2004 at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and did his post-graduate residency training in family medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno.
