Jennifer Specter

Jennifer Specter has been named chief operations officer/chief compliance officer for Schultz Financial Group Inc., an independent wealth management firm.

Specter, who has 19 years of financial services industry experience, most recently worked for Cruz Consulting Group where she was a consultant to financial advisory firms. She also worked for InvestmentNews and decade with Charles Schwab Advisor Services in a variety of roles including client relationship management and as a senior program manager for Schwab’s Business Consulting Services group.

Specter earned a bachelor’s degree from U.C. San Diego and a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University.
