New
Jim New has been appointed as interim vice president of finance and administrative services for Truckee Meadows Community College.
New has worked for TMCC since 1998, most recently serving as dean of technical sciences.
He is a member of the Governor’s Workforce Development Board (GWDB) and Executive Committee, the GWDB Manufacturing and Logistics Industry Sector Council, the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Western Apprenticeship Coordinators Association.
New earned both bachelor’s of science and master’s of science degrees in business information systems from Utah State University.
