mJohn Frank has joined Circus Circus as The Steakhouse chef.

Frank worked at L’Ermitage, Le Chardonnay and The Brentwood Bar & Grill restaurants in West Los Angeles. He moved to run Harrah’s Reno Steak House in 1991, where he stayed until 2008. He also opened his own restaurant in Gardnerville, called Johnny’s Roadhouse.

Frank received his associate degree in culinary arts from Culinary Institute of America in New York. He interned as a culinary student teacher he spent time in France.

He also collaborated on a cook book, ‘The Norman Table’.
