John Sande, III, an attorney and director in the Reno law office of Fennemore Craig, has been named the first recipient of the Sam S. Jaksick Jr. Visionary Award by the Barracuda Championship, a PGA Tournament operated by the Reno-Tahoe Open Foundation.
