Jon Dostal was hired as director of operations at Bully’s Sports Bar & Grill, overseeing all of the sports bar chain’s seven locations and four Smokin locations.
Dostal, who has more than 18 years experience in the food and beverage industry, previously worked for restaurants in Las Vegas including Table 10 with Emeril Lagasse, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar and Giada’s at the Cromwell. He worked as an executive chef and from the front of the house as a former general manager, food and beverage director and director of operations. Dostal also opened restaurants all over the United States and Canada.
