Joy Richards has been named service coordinator for Erlach Computer Consulting.
Richards, who has more than 15 years of experience in administrative roles, previously served as the administrative assistant for Converse Consultants, Inc.
She earned a degree in paralegal and court transcription from Humphreys College.
