Mary Donnell has joined The Food Bank of Northern Nevada as executive director.

Donnell was one of the founding entrepreneurs, CEO and president of Green City Growers Cooperative in Cleveland from 2010 to 2014. She also was director of the Ohio State University Extension Agricultural Business Enhancement Center and co-creator and director of the Ohio Hydroponic Vegetable Program and the Ohio Good Agricultural Practices Program.

Donnell earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in zoology, a masters of science degree in horticulture, and a masters of business administration.
