Las Vegas-based Meadows Bank, which operates a branch in Reno, earned $946,000 in the fourth quarter, compared with earnings of $473,000 in the same period a year earlier.
The company said its loan portfolio grew by $38.5 million during 2013, although demand from small business and consumer borrowers remained cautious.
