Mella Rothwell Harmon was named part time museum director at the Sparks Museum.
Rothwell Harmon previously was curator of history at the Nevada Historical Society at the University of Nevada, Reno and was a historic preservation specialist.
She is also an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Anthropology at UNR.
